In an effort to improve customer and employer experience , a Lagos based  Information Technology (IT) firm  Infytel Communications Limited partnered  with Freshworks, a global Software company, to equip enhance productivity as well as create better opportunities in the sector.

This was done in a user-based training workshop for various company representatives, tagged, ‘The Future of CX’, using two tools deployed by Freshworks, Freshdesk and Freshservice introduced to drive service delivery.

The Sales Manager, Africa for Freshworks, Francis Sirus, informed that: “Our customer experience tools and we want them to make the best use at all times. Freshdesk is effective for large customer support teams to handle enquiries. Freshservice is an employee engagement platform, usually for IT and Human Resources (HR) teams who handle employees’ enquiries.

He also informed that Freshworks has worked with some of the largest brands, including Sterling Bank, Dangote, UBA, WEMA bank, Interswitch, Unity bank and many more. This ultimately would help Infytel and Freshworks’ partner for African with its customer base getting better and increasing in the region.

He noted that the training was focused on the users because the actual users are the ones who need to be trained on the products. “So, this event is concentrated on showing them and giving them a look and feel of the products, so that they can become an internal champion for the products and internally solve problems using the products.”

Freshwork in partnership with Infytel have worked on a number of programs to develop the ICT sector across the country. Some of the achievements in the sector include creating and building tech products for the ease of doing business, customer service, sale markets and HR to do their job and thrill their customers.
