Minister of State for Transportation, Prince Ademola Adegoroye, has urged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State to forge a united front to win the 2023 polls.
Prince Adegoroye, who spoke in Akure while addressing the Aketi Continuity Mandate Group, said the success of APC candidates in the general elections would depend on the of unity of purpose among the leaders and members of the party in the State.
Adegoroye urged the Ondo APC members to ensure overwhelming victory of the party in 2023 collective
He said it was the responsibility of all party leaders to mobilise voters to the polling units
The Transport Minister described presidential candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as a credible and sellable candidate who has contributed immensely to national development.
His words: “Party leaders, especially in Akure South and Akure North LGAs, must forget the divisive issues of the past and come together before the flag off of the campaigns for the general elections.
“I will be accessible to all of you and other leaders and members of the party. I will strive to carry everyone along.
Leader of the group, Mr. Saka Yusuf Ogunleye, said the visit was necessitated by the need to offer support for the Minister in his new role in government.
