Chitalu Chilufya loses $50 million court case

Lusaka High Court Judge, Honourable Madam Pixie Yangailo, has ordered that the claim by former Health Minister, Dr. Chitalu Chilufya, for damages in the sum of US $50,000,000.00 be struck out from the action against ACC for being incapable of being quantified or proved.
