Samuel Animashaun Perry expertly mainstream with Broda Shaggi is a multi-talented Nigerian entertainer, an artist, content maker, musical artist, and movie producer.

He hit the spotlight after one of his comic videos, Jesus Christ In Mushin went viral. The viral video had Aunty Shaggi whose real name is Sophia Ojireoghene asking him what he would do if Jesus Christ Is Seen In Mushin, to which he subtly gave a hilarious reply..


Early Life

Shaggi is undoubtably one of the most famous  Nigerian comedian, actor, songwriter and musician. He enjoys a large following on social media and created a character that appeals to majority of the Nigerian people in the street.

He is notable for his satirical plays which he shared on Instagram however came through with his parody drama “Jesu in Mushin“.


Brother Shaggi’s parents are both native of Ogun state. His Father is from Sagamu and his mother is Ikenne, in the same Ogun State.

Shaggi only recently, took to his Instagram handle to celebrate his mother, Omolara on her birthday.

Broda Shaggi Studied at Mary Flower Junior High School where his father worked an instructor in Ogun state.

Broda Shaggi  then proceeded to study at the University of Lagos  where he secured a Bachelor Degree in Creative Arts.


During his early days of the invasion, Broda Shaggi was believed to have been dating Sophia Ojireoghene also known as Aunty Shaggi who is his interviewer, but Aunty Shaggi in several cases has come out to debunk the rumor. There’s no publicly known girlfriend.
